This place was very cosy and stylish, host was friendly and server was polite. She was a little busy but had my food out in a reasonable time.french onion soup was really great!! cheese stretched and was crisp. great flavour.the pasta was pretty alright, shrimps were small but they gave plenty of shrimps,about 20 shrimps.

This is a destination for my wife and me each year during the holidays. We'll shop all day for final Christmas gifts each year and reward ourselves with a great "date night" meal here at Sam Snead's. This location is great for a big party for special occasions or just a party of 2. I recommend any of the specialty drinks as they have a full bar and a complete wine list. My wife and I usually order the ribeye which has never let me down. Must try dessert: molten choc cake! This team will have my business every time I'm near them. Highly Recommended!

A busy Saturday night. We attempted to reserve online around 3pm but the open table app stated that the restaurant was not taking any online reservations that day. So a call around 4p for a 7-8p reservation stated phone reservations were also unavailable but the wait should be around 20 mins, so we went. Although busy, wait time was about 25 mins, service was great, polite and quick. We ordered beverages, margarita and their version of peach long island. Both were tasty and not over priced. Meal was one of the burgers and of course a ribeye steak. Steak was overcooked (ordered med) and tough. We expected better for the price. Comparable to chain steak places that are less expensive.

My mom went here and loved it then made me try it and then I loved it too. We got apps and french onion soup. This is the best french onion soup I've had down south after recently moving from New York. The place is golf themed and really cute on the inside. They also have a hand scrub in the bathroom that just makes you hands silky smooth and you can buy it there. Of course my mom bought the large jar, which was a good price in comparison to other hand scrubs we have bought.

Really enjoyed the service. Edwin our waiter was very friendly and conversational. The food was also excellent, I don't think I've ever had better mashed potatoes.

The food here definitely needs improvement. Crunchy rice?!?! Ordered steak rare and it arrived medium well, scallop special over a bed of orzo and vegetables but arrived over tortellini with zero veggies. Waitress informed a guest who ordered black beans and was told they didn't have black beans. Two guests didn't receive their salads. Definitely will not come back.

Nice environment. Great adult beverage selection. The good is a bit pricey for the actual taste.

Visiting friends in Savannah this place was wonderful. Four star prices with 5 star food. Our waiter was fabulous, the staff was great and friendly. Great great place.

The food was really good. Our server, Lisa, did a wonderful job. I would recommend this if your near the airport and strength looking for anything in town or 'old Savannah'. I liked it way more than I thought I would.

The food was very good. The young lady that served us was outstanding. We really enjoyed her and she made our visit great. Wish I could remember her name to give proper credit!!

This is one of those rare places where regardless of who you are and where you come from they'll treat you like a regular. The atmosphere is, well, golf themed if you don't know who Sam Snead is "A very famous US men's pro golfer". As for the food goes the quality is top notch and the quantity, you best come hungry because portion sizes will satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. Out of ten stars Sam Snead's Oak Grill and Tavern gets Ten Stars from me.
